Classes can be modified and customized for your specific needs.
A variety of health and wellness handouts and references are provided at each class. Customized classes are available including Train the Trainer, Return to Work, Injury and Rehabilitation Management, and Developing Ergonomic Teams.
Recommended minimum times for classes are 2 hours. This allows time for a fun, informative and interactive class with active participation, and time for questions.
